Deme Email integration plan

Forum proposal (replace Forum with Folio)

* Folio will be the default way people create email lists / discussions. It unites message board and email list as concepts.
* Folio has a piece called email list name which replaces the automatically assigned To: address for messages to the Folio
* A group can have more than one Folio

Keeping track of who sent the comment:
* When someone posts a comment from email, it associates the email contact method with that comment (already works)
* When someone posts a comment from the website, it associates an email contact method that is subscribed to that comment (arbitrarily) or none at all.

Comment/email changes:
* When the comment is emailed out, the from will be the associated email contact method. If there is no associated email contact method, the from will be Subscribers to comment <comment@deme> for the comment
* To field is the original item that the entire comment thread started on, in many cases this will be the forum.
  • Todd's alternative: To field is the address of the item through which the agent is subscribed
* Reply-to is the same as from field if configured for personal-replies, otherwise reply-to is the same as the to field. Configuration happens at the group level or the site level, not sure yet.
* When someone replies to a comment from their email, if the thread-id is preserved and the subject is mostly preserved (apart from Re/Fwd or suffixes to the end of the subject line), it will be considered a threaded reply to the comment. Otherwise, it will be a new comment on the item (probably forum).
* Consequence: comments will never have email addresses when they are sent out, although advanced users could determine their email address based on item id.
