The name "handler" is fine, it's just a little confusing to me since
it means something specific in programming, and programmers may get
confused seeing a field called handler that's not actually a handler.
In general I think we should follow the terminology that other issue
management systems use (even non-electronic ones), so whatever is the
standard in organizations is best.

A single field cannot point to multiple agents. Hence, we need a
relationship item type.

For Chrome users:Click on the Chrome "wrench" icon, located in the upper right hand corner of your browser window. When the drop-down menu appears, select the choice labeled Full Screen.

For Firefox user:Click on the View menu, located at the top of your browser window. When the drop-down menu appears, select the option labeled Full Screen.

For Safari users: Safari currently does not support the ability to go fullscreen.
