I was referring to the time that the task is ready to begin work, as
opposed to the time that it was created. I may create a task now, with
me as the handler, to buy a birthday present for someone, and set the
start date to December when I want to start thinking about it.

But we do have to come up with a way of dealing with attachments in
general, since right now there is no way to "attach" FileDocuments to
other documents. We could have an 'attachment' field, but that would
only allow for a single attachment which may not be sufficient.
