The deme site was down just now so i restarted postgres

This weekend I learned a lot of javascript so the javascript is mostly done for the poll viewer. The only buttons that don't work right now are the "make new decision" "make new proposition" and the comment button on each proposition because I forgot where we stood on that, but I'm going to check the notes right now.

I haven't started the document viewer but i did find some highlighting javascript that we may want to use here (I'm going to try to linkify this) <a href="http://javascript.internet.com/page-details/highlighted-text.html">http://javascript.internet.com/page-details/highlighted-text.html</a>.

I also still need to check permissions on Project and change the model for groups to include an image document.
