I've committed, pushed, and updated deme.stanford.edu changes to complete the core functionality of our comment/transclusion interface. Please play around with the interface and give feedback.
For small changes (like changing the color or margins) reply here and I can fix it quickly. For larger changes (like 'red pointer should go to all replies to the comment as well'), still reply, but I'd like to collect all of them in one place so we can make a new design and code architecture that incorporates all of the larger changes.
