Update deme_django/TODO

Added to Legitimate bugs:
+ Pulldown selector does not reliably autocomplete - often requires multiple backspacings and other fiddling, and sometimes does not work at all (Todd, 9/27/12)

Added to Interface:
+ Search should include an option to include Deactivated items. Right not it is very hard to find and reactivate a membership, for example. (Todd, 9/27/12)

For Safari users: Safari currently does not support the ability to go fullscreen.
